We can only accept returns on unopened and unused products, or for ordering errors. For personal safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on most of our products if opened or used, and also in consideration of the environmental impact and expense of shipping.

After the peppermint soap didn’t agree with my family’s sensitive skin, canary reached out and offered to exchange the peppermint for another kind or I could return it.
They also told me which one works best for sensitive skin, which so far has been compatible with all the sensitive skin in my house. Excellent customer service

Tingle + Clean = Super Fresh

I love this peppermint soap. It lathers like no other and leaves a peppermint tingle all over my skin so I feel fresh and rejuvenated after my morning shower. Or if I'm taking a nighttime shower the peppermint smell helps soothe me to sleep.
